Every homeowner who contacts Tradehusband Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to make a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Tradehusband Remodeling
  • The way we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, contracts, prices, work and customer service. If a remodeling project goes wrong, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what was said and when.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Know the limits, though. Tradehusband Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@tradehusband.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Afterward, we will share what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
